Victory is Guaranteed!

 It is dangerous to suffer in the same situation for too long. Our enemy the devil loves to make God's people to suffer for long. From my own past experience, long suffering in the same situation can make a person so accustomed to the suffering to the extent that they think that kind of life is normal & that life is like that for everyone. During the month of Adar God delivers HIS people from long periods of suffering. HE did it for the Israelites after being slaves in Egypt for 430 years. It seemed impossible for them to be delivered but God heard their cry as they were oppressed under the cruel hand of Pharaoh. HE sent Moses to deliver them.

God still did it for them in their days of captivity in Persia when they were all threatened with execution by hanging on the gallows. Haman had cunningly managed to coerce the king to sign & seal that decree against them. It was a long & torturous period of waiting for the decree to be executed as they watched their enemies build gallows to hang them.The bible does not record but most likely they were forced to build the gallows because they were captives in Persia. It was such a seemingly impossible situation that they had to do an Esther fast- a very difficult fast where they did not eat or drink anything including water for 3 days. At the end of it as we saw last week, God gave Esther unusual favour with the King & he reversed the execution decree. Haman & his sons were hanged on the gallows instead & all Israel's enemies were excecuted.

Brethren, I don't know in which situation you have been suffering for far too long & but during this month of Adar, God is delivering you from such situations.The best you can do is cooperate with HIM as HE demonstrates HIS power against your enemies. Don't allow foolishness & pride to stand in the way of God. The Israelites really troubled Moses in his mission to deliver them. They kept wanting to return to Egypt to eat the leeks & cucumbers. When they got to the red sea they actually asked Moses whether there were no graves in Egypt but God in HIS grace still parted the red sea for them.

Over the years, including this year, I have personally seen God in the month of Adar peacefully deliver me from situations that could have destroyed me, turning my mourning into dancing. May HE do it for you too in JESUS name. I declare that situation will not destroy you in JESUS Name. You will rejoice, you will feast & you will rest.

March, the month of deliverance!

 I speak prophetically into our lives that it shall be recorded in heaven & on earth for future reference that in this month of Adar, we as individuals, church, families & nation got relief from our enemies who have troubled us for too long. Let it be recorded that this is the month when we were delivered from what could have destroyed us & our sorrow was turned into joy, our fasting & mourning into a day of celebration, feasting & rest according to the word of God. Ours is to believe & not to waver.

By the time Jews got to this month of Adar just as we Kenyans are in it in 2022, they were on the brink of destruction & death both in Egypt as slaves & in Persia as captives facing execution. If God did not come through for them as a nation, today there would be no nation called Israel. They would have been totally wiped out. This is exactly what is happening in our nation right now. If God does not come through for us, we are at the brink of being destroyed by so many enemies who have sorrounded us- bad politics & politicians, corruption, tribal hatred, huge debt burden & a beaten down economy, a heavily polluted & degraded environment, high commodity prices, the threat of coronavirus & much more.

By the time Mordecai called for a 3 day dry fast for all the jews including queen Esther, things were so bad for the jews, just like in Egypt Pharaoh's heart was so hardened. If God does not deliver Ukraine supernaturally, the nation will be totally wiped out by the aggressor who is more powerful than them. Thank God destruction shall not happen in JESUS' Name.

Always remember that God is not limited by months or seasons. Whatever HE can do in the month of Adar, HE is able to do it any other time. However, there is special grace HE releases upon HIS people certain times/seasons to accomplish certain things. The best we can do is be aware of the grace of God at work in every season, so that we don't miss HIS move at that time. Remember also the devil too will do certain things during certain seasons & times. It is no wonder you will find certain demonic patterns in the course of the year such as sicknesses, financial lack, calamities etc. The thing is to be aware & to break these evil patterns.

Friends, let's intensify prayer.. This is the month when God delivers people enmass- entire nations, institutions & families when they are on the brink of total destruction, turning around things for good. So shall it be in JESUS Name.

Spiritual Watchmen.

 In the kingdom of God, we are appointed as spiritual watchmen to sit at the gates of our areas of spiritual jurisdiction & to call on the Name of the LORD in these places where we have been positioned. These include the gates of our families, workplaces, churches, countries etc.During the month of Adar, deliverance did not just come to the Jews when they were at the brink of destruction. Mordecai & queen Esther(who had replaced Vashti by God's favour)successfully carried out their watchman roles through fasting and praying for that deliverance.

Though physically Esther was a queen she humbled herself & took up her role as a watchman for the sake of her people. After their 3 day fast with Mordecai & all the Jews, queen Esther went ahead & combined her faith with appropriate action. She requested to see the king which was an unlawful gesture & her request was granted. This is how the king got to know Haman's wicked plot against the Jews & nullified the decree made to save them.

If Esther & Mordecai had slept on their job as spiritual watchmen, all the Jews would have perished. Esther knew as stated by her uncle Mordecai that she had been positioned in the Kings palace at such a time to be used by God to deliver her people. Deliverance from long or short suffering does not just come in the month of Adar or any other time. A spiritual watchman has to arise & call on the LORD until HE delivers. Whenever people succumb to any danger, it is because a watchman somewhere slept on their job. Spiritual watchmen are those who take charge in a place & pray. God then sends HIS angels & they guard the place day & night & minister for God's people in all ways. In a country like ours, the physical watchmen such as police are alert only when we, the spiritual watchmen are praying.

This month of Adar & every other time, may we not sleep on our job as watchmen where we have been positioned. Let's rise, pray & even fast when need arises. Let's be alert like Mordecai who as a gatekeeper saved King Xerxes from a possible assasination. Let us not be the kind of Christians who always believe in somebody else praying & even fasting for them to breakthrough. The entire nation of Israel was preserved from execution because Mordecai & Esther stood as spiritual watchmen. Let us also combine our prayers & fasting with appropriate action because faith without works is dead. Our faith is always perfected by doing appropriate works.

Faith and Actions.

 We must combine our faith with appropriate action. Note that God did not just arise & invade the red sea with a strong east wind to part it so as to allow the people to cross over on dry ground. HE required two things. One was that the people stop fearing & move forward. That was definitely a tall order for God to expect from people who were standing right infront of a sea that could drown them, while pharaoh's army was right behind them in hot pursuit. This is exactly what God requires us to do whenever there are tough decisions to make. That, we be still stand firm & move forward. Humanly speaking, it is not easy to make certain decisions not being certain what will happen & what tommoro holds. We must get rid of the fear of moving forward & trust God with our tomorrow for it is in HIS Hands. If you are there & there are some tough/risky decisions to make, gather courage & make them. Move forward regardless of how uncertain "tomorrow" seems to be. Friends, God will never demonstrate HIS power until we take a step of faith & move forward. Everything we venture into in this world is a risk. When we venture into business, farming etc, we are faced with the risk of failure or loss but the risk is worth taking. May the LORD help us to move forward no matter how risky it seems.

Secondly, the east wind only began to blow and part the waters when Moses raised his staff & stretched his hand over the sea. This was the rod of authority & leadership that Moses carried all along from his days of shepherding Jesthro's sheep. This was the same rod that turned into a snake in EXODUS 4 and 7. It was the same rod he was holding in his hand when israelites prevailed over the amalekites in battle as he raised his hands in EXODUS 17. The same rod that God in the same chapter had commanded him to use to strike a rock so as to get water for the people.

Friends, preachers & ministers carry the rod of authority like Moses in our generation. I just hope you have a Moses/ pastor who carries & lifts the rod of authority over your life. Today, I stand as a Moses & raise my spiritual staff of authority. I stretch my hand over that "red sea" standing before you & command it to part in JESUS Name. Move forward in your business, career, work in JESUS'Name. We also keep raising the same rod of authority & leadership over the "red sea" of our nation & command it to part in JESUS Name. For with God nothing shall be impossible
